So it’s summer and I have nothing to do since I am practically unemployed. My roommate is going to the gym all the time this summer and talks about how good he feels now. Sounds pretty cool. Also I may or may not have looked at thinspo. Anyway I think I will occupy some of my time with…exercise…*cringe*
I wasn’t able to go to the gym with him because of scheduling issues, so this picture was taken after I walked/jogged around until I was too bored to continue (~35 minutes). Not off to the best start but that’s ok.
I hope to have some progress that I can document in photos. Let’s call today, 25 May, day 1. This pic is day one. Not sure how much I weigh, will find a scale later. Probably almost exactly 10st
I’m not really unhappy with my body, but I realize my no-exercise lifestyle could use some improvement. Plus last year I was 10 lbs lighter and I’d like to get back to that :P
